Your name, email and phone number; your business details and tax numbers; and the customers, suppliers, documents, payments, expenses and receipts you enter.
To run the service for you: create documents, send them when you ask, calculate tax estimates, take payment for your plan, and give support.
Only the providers needed to run the service: hosting, email delivery, the payment gateway (Payments.lk) and the SMS provider (SMSlenz) when you send SMS. We never sell your data.
You control the data about your customers and suppliers. We process it on your behalf and only as needed to provide the service.
Each business is kept separate, receipts and bank slips are stored privately, passwords are hashed, and connections are encrypted.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Tax law may require some business records to be kept for five years.
